With a foundation in the youth ranks of SC Corinthians Paulista, Renato went on to play for several prominent Brazilian clubs, including Corinthians, Fluminense, Atlético Paranaense, Ponte Preta, and Portuguesa. His international career flourished in the Saudi league, where he played for nearly five years. Renato was also part of the Brazilian under-20 team in 2009, showcasing his talent on the global stage.
